Children's Book Incoming!

Hey everyone! I know I've been MIA for a while. My excuse: life. BUT, I'm excited to announce that I will be releasing a Children's book series! As some of you know, my husband and I have a YouTube channel called AL-n-EL ... my son also has a YouTube channel called Adventures of Kai. I am currently creating a series of "Adventures of Kai" books with the first one dropping in a couple of weeks! It will be fully illustrated, which is why it's taking a bit to finish.

I have roughly 13 more illustrations to do for it and some last minute editing before it's ready. I am hoping to release it by August 13th though this date is not set in stone. I would like to get it done BEFORE I get my wisdom teeth out (the 12th) but as Calypso from Bluey says, "We'll See".

I also have a few more W.I.P including a Christmas Horror and a Sci-Fi LitRPG horror in the works. The LitRPG won't be ready for a couple of years as I am writing it for my thesis in school. However, I really want to release the Christmas Horror novel before Christmas. (Ideally by mid November) There's only one problem, I don't even have the first chapter done.

Internally I'm lecturing myself because it makes sense to write and release the sequel to the novel I already have out, Catching Ivy. But my mind is quite literally a clusterfuck of ideas that I want to write about and when I want to release them. It's like I need an internal assistant in my brain to help me stay organized and on one path instead of 13. OH and I started a discord for my author stuff. It's pretty bare bones right now as like I said, life. But I'm hoping to get it open to everyone within the next month or two. Here you'll be able to enter contests, talk about various books, and get a sneak peak into what I'm working on. Occasionally I will ask for input on artwork, names for things in the book, etc.

Also, I'll try to keep this page more active! I post more on BlueSky though so find me over there if you want to see what I'm up to!
